Correct Breathing

breathingProbably the simplest way to check whether your breathing is correct or not is to place one hand on your chest and the other on your abdomen. Then take a deep, deep breath while observing which hand moves first. In case the hand on the chest moves first and considerably more compared to the one on the abdomen the bad news is that you are not breathing correctly. The good news is that you have found out and now you can do something about it.

The problem with chest breathing is that we don’t use the diaphragm to its full capacity and our lungs don’t get enough oxygen to replenish the brain and vital organs with essential nutrients.
