remove pesticidesEating a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables is a healthy habit, but what about all the pesticides they could contain? And they are likely to contain a lot of pesticides, unless they are organically grown.

Strawberries, cherries, peaches, apples, greens, peppers are considered the products with the highest levels if pesticides. On the other hand, fruits and vegetables like bananas, cauliflower, broccoli, avocados, watermelon or pineapple usually keep less pesticide residue.

The good news is that we can remove pesticides from fruits and vegetables – at least a great deal of them.
